General/Summary: well, the game was definately interseting, it was long, and confusing at times, and it got kind of annoying if u got stuck somewhere cuz u could NEVER get out. but i think the game was good, it was just wayyyy too easy, i never once died. id definately recomend this game to someone just startin to play rpg's or video games at that, the ending... well since i'm a girl... was the cutest thing ive ever seen in my life. :)

Gameplay: gameplay was good, i liked all the quests you had to do, it wasnt a run of the mill rpg, but once again, it was just too easy, and i really liked the fact that you could create the world, and the farther u put the places away from home, the harder the monsters were, so if u wanted good xp then u put an already hard place far from home.

Graphics: the graphics were cute, during battle it was kinda like paper, but everything else was really cool.

Sound: cant say i liked the sound very much, actually it drove me mad, i had to play the game on mute most of the time, heh.

General/Summary: For me this was a highly anticipated game I loved the serious and thought this was going to be the best game ever,........Actually I wasnt to far off. My favorite serious's new edition was one of my new favorite games. But like almost all games it has its flaws

Gameplay: The big part that I didnt like was the lame "build your own world" which is just placing artifacts on the ground and they become a building or a land of some sort.another flaw in this game was that there was no actual story line but rather "sidequests" or helping someone do something. Finally a good thing for me but not many others was the combat sytem in which you dont take turns attacking (per say) but rather take a weapon and start hacking or slashing at your foes. And yet another good feature was that you can pick you weapon whether it be a sword, bow, flail,ax(my favorite)and other weapons.

It was also intresting that you build golems or create magic or create weapons also you can raise pets that fight along side you .

Graphics: normal

Sound: The music was reptitive but I didnt notice it often

General/Summary: This is one of the most worthwhile and imaginitave games i have ever played. The game was thought through and magnificently orchestrated. One of the major problems i think the general gaming public has with this game is the fact that it takes patience. Perhaps a little more patience than the average gamer can spare for such a small game. I will admit that the phraise "Create your own world" was not exactly accurate. You do not create any part of the world(Named Fa'Deil), rather, you place existing landmarks on a barren map, and, depending upon their mana bias and the mana bias of the landmarks around them, they will lead to different stories and progress the plot in different directions. The main idea of this game is that you, the hero, are only one person among a managerie of different people, and they matter as much, if not more, than you.

Gameplay: The gameplay was simple, relaxing, and altogether entertaining. I was particularly fond of the aspects that allowed you to customize your character, which is always something i look for in a game. I liked the fact that you could imbue your equipment with elementals. I liked the fact that you could name yuor equipment. Not enough games think to allow that option, but it is very important, i think. I liked the system for golems, but not their animation, but that is little matter. True, the battles were a bit simple and easy, but that only put more emphasis on the storyline, which was truly magnificent. One of the important aspects of the game that many people overlook is the extensive history the game submits. For some reason, many gamers just, point blank, do not check the study. This is unfortunate, because some of the best moments in the game come from simply reading in the study for hours. This i like to do. I do not see why others do not cherish it as i do. The bosses were generally easy, mostly because their size was so great that you actually could not miss. But that was no great loss, and many games have that same problem.

Graphics: The graphics were magnificently beautiful. There was a theme to the entire game, a kind of north european aura to it that really made the game. The character sprites were awesome, and even though they had very few frames, they still looked alive. The scenery and the maps were incredible, with symbolism hiding in possibly every ray of light and every shadow cast by same.

Sound: The music was unbelievable. Music is, of course, the deciding factor in any game. Even if the rest of the game is bad, the music can and will either make or break the game. The music was variable, and was paired with certain types of terrain, and certain landmarks would have their own scores. This helped set the mood for each area, and since the songs were numerous, there was very little redundancy.
Many people are confused about the fact that the opening song is in swedish. The answer is here; to create a good story, one must build the story, as if manually, through devices such as words, music, vision, and theme. This is an idea accepted by all the agents of story writing. This game is no exception. And it came out the better for it.

General/Summary: Secret of Mana for SNES, is the BEST GAME i have EVER played, its better and more fun then any FF game on PSX (cept maybe tactics)

I wasn't fond of the constant load times.

Gameplay: Well... this is where the game falls short, sure the battle system is fun, but it just wasn't used right and it was TOO EASY.

If you take some sword (it can be some menos sword or somthing, doesn't matter) and you forge 8 of the gold cards of each element, the sword power will go up to roughly 100 power.. meaning enemies die in 1-3 hits, launch a special attack like Cutting Pine on a boss, and it takes about 5 full meters off the bosses life, most of the time just killing him... Thats just so stupidly easy. You can do the same with any set of armor, and there you go, you get hit and lose maybe 2% of your life (even from bosses..) Make some equipment like this for a robot, and you have a robot that will rarely lose 1% hp in a battle, and kill everything in 1 hit.

It even makes it more easy, that the combo system is more powerful if you dodge accually using combos then if you do all the fancy moves, just hitting X fast enough but not enough to continue the combo, you will sit there getting infinite non-stop attacks till the enemy is dead, you can take the weakest weapon in the game and keep doing this to any enemie in the game until it is dead, yet again that is so stupidly easy.

The game just doesn't have any difficulty, even if you die, you can start at the beginning of the battle, so they made it like impossible to die, you just keep going.

Graphics: I love the hand-drawn graphics, cept some of the graphics DO look girly (90% of my friends thought the main 'boy' charector was a girl)

Sound: Love the music, this game rules in the sound department...

General/Summary: You think this game sucks? You're wrong. The graphics may be "cheap" but it's just so cute! The characters are very detailed upclose, the music is fantastic, and the game is just all-around fun!

Gameplay: Very good gameplay, the game is so fun you'll fall inlove with it. My favorite story is "Faerie's Light" cuz you get to sepak Dudbear! Lumina is my favorite town because I love night time, and the music is so soothing. Rasing pets is fun too. The stories are very interesting, and what happens when you choose the different paths. Remember to tell Li'l cactus of your adventures to see his responce, and read his diary!

Graphics: Very beautiful scenery, some of it's breathtaking. The characters are cute and detailed. Li'l cactus is about the cutiest.

Sound: BEAUTIFUL!! Even my parents love the music. It's my favorite soundtrack, the music fits the game perfectly. Nothing is too over done. Songs I recommened are; Moonlight City Lumina, Dreamfruit seed, and The Song of Mana (if those are the correct names). No voices, but the music defenatly makes up for that!
